Support administrators may ask you to open an instance of Teamviewer. The Teamviewer secure remote support client is a single use client. Support administrators will not be able to access your workstation after the client is closed out. Follow the link and execute the appropriate client: Remote Support Client. An administrator will ask for a 9-digit ID.
